Had an amazing time with my friends! The staff were super friendly and helped us find the best spots on the slopes. The cozy atmosphere made relaxing after skiing perfect. We hit the cable cars to the beautiful Mont Joux and Rochebrune areas, both a blast! Breakfast was filling and gave us a great start for the days ahead. Definitely recommend this place!
We had an issue with the dining experience. service at the restaurant was slower than expected during busy hours, which was a bit frustrating.

Charming atmosphere at Mont Blanc, especially in the cozy lounge area with a roaring fire. Our room, a Club Double Room, had lovely views and comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The breakfast spread impressed me, with high-quality offerings that set up our days nicely. Staff went above and beyond, particularly the concierge who helped us navigate local recommendations. the room did feel a bit cramped with some lighting issues in the bathroom. There were moments when service at the restaurant seemed a bit slower during peak hours, which was a tad frustrating. The spa area was nice, but I wished for a wider range of treatment options.

The Club Double Room features a cozy design that provides warmth, especially appreciated during a chilly stay. Enjoyable views enhance the experience, and the luxury toiletries add a unique touch. The hotel's proximity to the Chamois ski lift and local shops simplifies access to skiing without the hassle of transportation.
Room sizes may feel cramped, particularly for those expecting more spacious luxury accommodations. There were inconsistent heating issues, leading to discomfort when temperatures fluctuated between too hot and cold at night. Although the menu in the restaurant offered good seafood, guests expressed a desire for greater diversity in the options available, which could better serve varying dietary preferences.
